Self Care For Challenging Times Event

Join hosts Caroline Schmidt Realty, Lena Rose and our friends from Club Pilates and your local community as we hold space for self-care during these challenging times. We will do a guided meditation, make an energy cleansing herbal bundle complete with crystals and learn how our daily rituals can keep us flowing and growing.

January 30th from 6pm-8pm at Lena Rose in Lincoln Square
